Notes on emulsified oil using hydraulic support:
1. The water quality of emulsified oil should meet the following requirements: the water quality is colorless, odorless, and free of suspended solids and mechanical impurities; The pH value is 6-9, the content of chloride ion in water is not more than 200mg/L; The content of root ions should not exceed 400mg/L.
2. Preparation concentration of emulsified oil for hydraulic support is 5%(mass ratio). If the concentration is too low, it will reduce hard water resistance, rust resistance, stability and lubrication. If the concentration is too high, it will reduce the defoaming ability and increase the expansion of rubber materials.
3. When the emulsion concentration is 5%, the sugar meter shows that the concentration is 2.5-3%; When the emulsion concentration is 3%, the sugar meter measurement shows a concentration of 1.5-2%.
4. Emulsion oil of hydraulic support is preheated to 40℃, especially before liquid distribution in winter.
5. Emulsified oil hair. Special containers and tools should be used to avoid mixing impurities and affecting the quality of emulsified oil. Pumping station. Strainer. The filter should be kept clean and the emulsion tank should be cleaned regularly.
6. Emulsified oil of hydraulic support should be stored indoors to prevent sun and rain and pay attention to fire prevention. Emulsified oils stored for more than one year should be reinspected before use.
7. Don't get emulsified oil in your eyes. If the mouth is touched by mistake, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary. This product should not be used as a cleaning agent.
